Our naturally leavened loaf features a crackling golden crust that gives way to a tender, open crumb studded with melted cheese and everything bagel seasoning.

Room Temperature Storage

Sourdough bread is best enjoyed within 2–3 days of pickup.

  •  Store your loaf cut side down on a cutting board or wrapped in a cloth or paper 
     bag.
  •  Avoid storing sourdough in the refrigerator, as it can dry out the bread.
  •  If using a plastic bag, keep it loosely sealed to prevent moisture buildup.

Freezing Your Sourdough

Sourdough freezes beautifully and is a great way to extend freshness.

  • Allow the bread to cool completely if it has been warmed.
  • Slice the loaf and place parchment paper in-between each slice before freezing so you can remove individual slices.
  • Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or place in a freezer-safe bag.
  • Freeze for up to 3 months.

Reheating From Frozen

  • Remove slices as needed and toast directly from the freezer. 
  • Let the loaf thaw at room temperature and warm in a 350°F oven for 8–10 minutes for that fresh-baked crust.

Our sourdough is naturally fermented and made fresh each week in small batches.
