Room Temperature Storage
Sourdough bread is best enjoyed within 2–3 days of pickup.
- Store your loaf cut side down on a cutting board or wrapped in a cloth or paper bag.
- Avoid storing sourdough in the refrigerator, as it can dry out the bread.
- If using a plastic bag, keep it loosely sealed to prevent moisture buildup.
Freezing Your Sourdough
Cinnamon Rolls freezes beautifully and is a great way to extend freshness.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or place in a freezer-safe bag.
- Freeze for up to 1 months.
Reheating From Frozen
- Remove the roll(s)
- Let the rolls thaw at room temperature and warm in a 350°F oven for 3-4 minutes for that fresh-baked roll. If using a microwave, place the roll in the microwave for 10 seconds on each side until warm.
